Weber's three most common grill lines share almost no replacement parts. The one exception is the front-control 300-series Flavorizer bar, which fits both the Spirit 300 and Genesis 300. Everything else — grates, burner tubes, igniters — is sized to one grill and one grill only.

Why Weber parts don't cross between grills
Weber built the Spirit and Genesis lines with different cookbox dimensions, different valve configurations, and different burner tube geometries. The Spirit 200 is the narrowest two-burner grill in the lineup; the Spirit 300 is a three-burner grill with a wider cookbox; the Genesis 300 is physically larger than the Spirit 300 despite using the same E-310, E-320, and E-330 model numbers.
The one genuine exception — the Flavorizer bars — works because Weber standardized the 17.5-inch front-control 300-series bar across both lines when it moved to the front-control valve layout (2013 for Spirit, earlier for Genesis). Both grills have the same valve-to-bar clearance dimension, so the same bar drops into both cookboxes.
Burner tubes are a different story. The Spirit 300 tubes are a different length and have a different inlet diameter than Genesis 300 tubes. Ordering by model number alone ("E-310 burner tube") returns parts for both grills and you will often get the wrong one.
